How do I pay for my order?
We use a manual payment process. At checkout, you will be shown instructions to pay via GCash or BPI Bank Transfer. After placing your order, simply make the payment and email a screenshot of your transaction receipt to support@shop.taxspecialista.com, including your Order Number in the subject line.
When will I receive my digital product?
Once we receive and verify your proof of payment via email, your digital goods will be sent to your email address within 24 hours. For consultation services, we will contact you within one business day to schedule a convenient time.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of templates and manuals are final and non-refundable. For consultation services, you may request a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
